TUSCAN SOUP WITH CHICKEN
Warm Tuscan soup is creamy and good. Perfect for chilly winter evenings.
- 300 g chicken fillets
- 1 layman
- 1 liter of Tuscan tomato soup
- 1 cup light crème fraiche
- 4 slices of dark bread
- Shred the chicken and leek. Saute chicken in butter and canola oil. Boil the soup while stirring. Add the chicken and leek. Let cook 2-3 minutes. Serve with sour cream and bread.
