Ingredients
  • 300 g chicken fillets
  • 1 layman
  • 1 liter of Tuscan tomato soup
  • 1 cup light crème fraiche
  • 4 slices of dark bread
Instructions
  1. Shred the chicken and leek. Saute chicken in butter and canola oil. Boil the soup while stirring. Add the chicken and leek. Let cook 2-3 minutes. Serve with sour cream and bread.
