  • 125 g Arla ® Swedish Butter
  • 3 cups flour, like whole grain
  • 1⁄2 tsk salt
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Filling:
  • 1 grilled chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 point tacokrydda
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Kitchen grated cheese TexMex
  • cream
  • cucumbers into sticks
  • tacosås eller salsa
  • majschips, tacochips eller nachos
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Chop together the butter, flour and salt into a grainy mass, by hand or in food processor. Add water and work quickly together to form a smooth dough. Press the dough into a pie dish or baking pan, about 24 cm in diameter. Make a few holes in the dough with a fork. Place the dish in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Bone chicken and cut the meat into smaller pieces. Chop the onion finely, fry in butter soft. Add taco seasoning and water, cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the chicken pieces, mix well and place everything in the pie shell. Whisk together eggs and milk and pour over the mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in center of oven about 35 minutes, until the egg mixture has solidified and the cheese is golden.
