GAZPACHO WITH ACCESSORIES
Cold tomato soup with the sting of tabasco tickle the taste buds.

Ingredients
  • 1 onion
  • 1 paprika
  • 1 / 2 cucumber
  • 5 dl Mild tomato soup
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tabasco KRM
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 dl brödtärningar
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cups chopped mixed vegetables, tomato, cucumber, pepper and onion
Instructions
  1. Peel the onions. Seed the peppers. Cut the onion, pepper and cucumber into rough pieces. Mix it with a bit of tomato soup to a puree. Mix in a large bowl the rest of the soup with the puree. Season with vinegar and tabasco. Let stand in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Fry the bread in butter in a skillet. Stir in the garlic into the soup before serving.
