FILLED BREAD WITH SPINACH AND CHEESE
Bread made of finished pizza dough and filled with spinach and cheddar cheese - fast and satisfying. The filled bread is equally suited excursion on the buffet.
- 1 finished pizza dough à 400 g
- 200 g frozen spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons Butter & rapeseed oil
- 150 g cheddar riven
- 2 tsk oregano
- 1 tsp salt flakes
- Preheat the oven to 225 °. Thaw spinach and squeeze out the liquid. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush half the dough with butter and canola oil. Sprinkle with spinach, cheese, and oregano. Fold over the other half and pinch the edges together. Brush with butter and canola oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake in middle of oven 12-15 minutes. Let cool slightly before the bread is sliced.
