CHOCOLATE CAKE IN INDIVIDUAL MOLDS
Lovely sticky chocolate cake baked in ramekins. Serve the sweet mini mess cookies with passion fruit. What a party!
- 75 g Butter
- 100g dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 passion fruits
- Preheat the oven to 225 °. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Break the chocolate into pieces and let it melt the butter. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Whisk in the chocolate mixture. Pour batter into greased ovenproof ramekins. Bake in center of oven about 8 minutes. The batter should be a little loose in the middle. Let the molds to cool or cool. Share the passion fruit and serve them.
