  • 4 chicken fillets

  • 1 tsk salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter & rapeseed oil
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch salladslökar
  • 100g Arla Butter
  • rivet should of 1 citron
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. Start with kryddsmöret. Brown the butter, allow to cool so that the butter solidifies. Add the lemon zest and pepper, stir together, and pipe the butter tops. Can be prepared and stored in the freezer. Preheat the oven to 150 °. Add a sprig of rosemary on each chicken breast, salt and pepper. Wrap the chicken fillets in 2 slices of bacon. Brown the chicken fillets in butter and canola oil for about 2 minutes on each side. Put them in an ovenproof dish with tomatoes and scallions. Cook in the middle of the oven about 15 minutes. Serve with kryddsmöret and e.g. baked potato.
